ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

No cancellations: Once ordered, request for cancellations or replacement of orders duly placed
on the website shall not be entertained.

Refunds and replacements: Quick Play Limited can only issue refunds or replacements in the
case of faulty and damaged software that is not fit for use.

In case you receive incorrect product for which you haven’t ordered, it has to be returned and the
refund shall be requested as well. After investigating such cases, correct product will be
dispatched.

Refund method:

Refunds for purchases made via mobile phone payment methods will be processed according to
the policies of the payment provider. Customers must request refunds, and any applicable fees
may be deducted from the total refund amount. All refund requests will be subject to verification
